Npower fixed prices
I've just had a letter from them about price rises -and they are quite big rises too.In the back of my mind is a little doubt about my deal when i signed up . I seem to recall that there was a price promise of no rises till mid 2006--now i'm often wrong ,and could be now ,but i cant find any of the original literature because i did it online. My supply started 12/8/05.
How can i find out what deals they offering about then??I dont suppose they will be too helpful so i've not tried yet. Can anyone advise? is this a usual thing to happen ?could it just be a clerical error? :santa2:
