Categorising Credit Card payments in Microsoft money 2005

Hi,

As the title says really !

I need to categorise Credit Card payments in Microsoft money 2005 on my download bank statements from nationwide, but when I choose special category payments/transfer credit card. it duplicates my credit card payment

is there a way to get money to accept an item is a transfer, but not actually try transfer anything between accounts?

I don't download statements from banks so I'm not sure how it downloads transactions.
