What are my rights?
I have today had a letter (dated October) from my energy supplier, Atlantic Gas and Electric informing me of price rises that will happen in August 2008.
This letter is two months late!!!
Am I within my rights to demand that august and september are paid at the previous rates?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
