Can any 1 tell me what the best web building tools are that are free, also where i can find how to do it?

Are you talking about a wizard that gives you everything you need without having to do much work, a WYSIWYG where you can create the page by typing text and inserting pictures or for actual HTML coding?0

The wizzard i have looked into coding and i think im a bit thick for that haha

I would say give Google Sites a go. It's free but I'm not sure how good it is

Depends what you need web site for, if fairly simple stuff, not on line shop, forum etc then check out Serif or Net objects essentials
