Camera Rescue Service

Does anyone know anything about Camera Rescue Service?

Received this strange letter saying they have films from a company Colorway from single use cameras and they have missing films. They don't ask for money......not yet anyway!

This is nothing to do with us as we have never used single use cameras.

I am however intrigued, is this some sort of money making scam.......?

Have you used a single use camera and not got the films back?
  • We had the first letter telling us that Colorway had gone bust. Colorway do or did exist and processed single use cameras. I had sent three off for processing and not had them back. We responded to the first letter and today have received a letter asking for £15 plus vat to return our films to us. I am not sure how to proceed but will post an update when I get more info.

How do they know which films are yours? If you pay them this £15 you either will not hear from them anymore, or you will get the wrong pictures sent to you.
