switching from pre pay
Options

basically they change my meters to theres but with additional box that goes anywhere and connects to gprs/wireless, i top up my meters by paypoint or over the phone by debit card .....it is automatically added to my meters, at the same price band as direct debits, i would be tied to them for 12 months then the normal 28 days, if they change there prices in 12 months i can leave with no fees,
all sounds really good but with things as they are i am so unsure, money is tight at the mo, and our credit rating is not so good, we had to go into debit to get our prepay meters so now i am stumped!!!!!
can anyone advise

Sounds like it might be good if you have a poor credit rating and no debt on your existing meters. That said the recent reports from OFGEM and the government has indicated that they expect suppliers to close the gap between prepayment and DD prices subject to the additional costs incurred for the prepayment meter.IT Consultant in the utilities industry specialising in the retail electricity market.

Ty for that there is no debit on the meters i kept the money safe and payed it off a week after they were installed......... Have you heard of this company??? they are egistered with offgem ???? But you think that the prices and charges are gonna chnge and hopefully become cheaper for prepay????
I never understand all the "jargen" and am pretty dumb when it comes to thinks like this, i am still with southern electric and british gas??? only because these are the companies i know and have been with since i left home!!!!!0
