income based JSA entitledto.com

entitledto.com doesn't give any info about income based jsa. Only contributions based.
When I type in my figures we are both out of work right now with no income at all. But haven't paid any NI contributions because been on low earnings exemption.
Anyway we have a baby and because I am now out of work I want to find some info on what I may be entitled to. 2 questions :-
1. Is there any other website that's better than entitled to?
2. Also if I move to an expensive area in London because I think I may find work there will Local Housing Allowance really pay the full amount that they say?

1. Entitledto used to do income based but now for some reason it doesnt.
