  • Thank you everyone for your kind words.

Would never say I am rubbing anyone's face in it (someone mentioned previously) - i really feel for people on here whatever their situation and want to try and help people in anything i can.

Hope your all having a good weekend, although very dark down in the west country!

Thanks again, just going to pay it off

"Debt Hell" is probably overstating your situation? You have plenty of free money - you could clear your debt in two months. Do this, stop worrying, move on.

  • Point taken (as stated above) - one point to bear in mind though - every situation is relative to the individual.

    thanks

Yes, you are right. It IS all relative. Luckily you are the kind of person who is terrified of being in debt and panics at a debt which (to most of us on here) is easily managable and can be gone in a matter of three months without any change to your lifestyle. I wish I had had your attitude, so well done you!! You can clear this no problem at all and never be in the situation that a lot of us find ourselves in. Apologies if we sound a little flippant - your definition of "debt hell" is slightly different to ours but doesn't make it any less panicky for you I'm sure. But please also bear in mind that some of us are in a very very grave situation compared to you and, in comparison, your "hell" description is probably a little over-dramatic!

  • Okay thanks hun - I understand - maybe I am going to have to do some more reading of debt on this site. Thanks for putting that really nicely. x
