Please Don't Abuse Call Centre Staff Who Work For Energy Companies

Hiya... dont let the b**gers get you down....easier said than done I know!! I worked in a call centre for five years and after a while it really got to me and upset me....I think that people are getting worse, they were certainly a lot nicer a few years ago. One of my friends was called 'pathetic', what a thing to say to someone.
Hope you have a better day tomorrow and try to remember the nice people that you spoke to, not the nastier ones!!!

Thats awful and truly shocking, TBH I am so glad that I walked out of my job, not just for the calls but for being shouted at all the time and other stuff

To be fair though it happens once in a blue moon, and most of the other callers are really nice. However it's not exactly going to be my job for the future, just to fund me through uni.
