Taskbar has changed

It's difficult for me to explain. But you know when you have several screens open they are shown on the left hand side of the task bar, and are fairly wide, until there are too many to fit in, well mine are now appearing on the right hand side and if there are more than two I have to use scroll arrows. Can anyone tell me why this has happened?

Can you just drag them across to the left, and Right Click - Lock the toolbar?0

Do you know, I had tried dragging them, but what I hadn't tried was first unlocking the taskbar! Yes it worked, I have now moved them back to the left and locked them in place - thank you TS0
