Help!!!! Emails being sent from my email address!

Strange how I ran my McAfee full scan straight after it happened and that picked nothing up whatsoever!!

This has just finished and has found 2 infected objects!! How do I copy and paste the results?? I have tried copying and pasting the normal way and it does not work? Do I have to save the log first??

Highlight all the text and press Ctrl and C - to copy and Ctrl and V to paste in the reply box

That's not working It keeps copying the last text I copy and pasted..... its highlighting the text I want but when I press Ctrl and V, its the previous text that's being pasted.

Tried to copy and paste.... won't work. The 2 infected items are:

Any ideas Shall I go ahead and remove them

I find gmail good for stopping spam, I have upteen accounts which I forward to my email address (ISP) by time its got there must have bene removed in spam filter. then use mailwasher for any that get through I only get about 5-10 genuine emails out of about 200 a day

MalwareBytes has removed two items which were considered bad.

McAfee will tell you it is protected despite what MalwareBytes has found.

No one anti virus product is 100% and that is why a layer defense approach is considered a good approach. By this I mean a anti virus product, anti malware, a firewall etc...

I used MalwareBytes the other week to remove two nasty malwares. Despite find it it couldn't remove it so I had to do some digging I managed to get rid of one of them but not the other but superantispyware found it and removed it.
