We need the issue kept in the spotlight. Maybe Martin Lewis may realise the anguish that so many people are going through, and use his privileged position within the media to act on our behalf?

All those feelings and spotlightings could be very well expressed in the existing threads, tho' couldn't they? That way, other threads could remain on the first coupla pages and get the attention they deserve, too.

It's just considerate - don't start a new thread if there's an existing one you can add to!
