It is deplorable that they have not had the grace to mention Icesave.
Even if they'd said "Sorry no news" or "Still no change" would have been a hell of alot better than saying nothing at all.

Actually, this might be quite good news, as it suggests that there may not be a claims process that involves filling in forms etc...
