    Thanks tixy but 1) it's a she boss & 2) it was a law enforcement officer :eek: - gets away with it as explained in other post. New job still not enough hours to leave completely but means I dont need to rely on her anymore :j as between the 2 I can manage :rolleyes: .

    part time and casual workers are covered, agreement to work for less is posibly illegal,

    Thanks Numpty :A I do get above minimum wage though & if other workers are prepared to put up with her deviousness, that's up to them... I'm just fighting my corner right now....will sort everyone else out another day :D
