Noooo torch here thank you,

Frustrated as boss giving some of my work to other cheaper workers ( ie those prepared to earn less than minimum wage) resulting in me doing less hours - just- than I need to do in order to get working TC.

Have rung about start date for other work which would mean no worries re hours or income but.... man not returning call :mad: Was meant to have started on 2nd Feb but obviusly weather did not permit.

Cant keep doing sub hours & earing sub money but dont know how long to leave it before having a full on panic . Fed up with people f***ing me about :mad: . Just want to work & earn a wage & greedy boss making me short just so she saves £1 an hour :mad: :mad: :mad:

I'd shop your employer if they are breaking the law Lula (that is providing you don't mean he's giving hours to younger ones on lower rates). They are more likely to suspect one of the underpaid workers than you and if you've got a new job lined up anyway you have nothing to lose.

Boss 'employs' on a casual & part time basis so she doesnt have to pay the minimum wage :mad: . Most workers are either pensioners or married women earning 'pocket money'. She knows my situation & that I have to do a minimum of 16 hours to qualify for the TC so she's just being a greedy b!tch by ( Ex donut eater too :rolleyes: )

She made me sign a contract to say that it's my main job (which it is, so far) which is why I dont put up with her sub minimum wage carp.

Grrrrr to make things worse the xbf just turned up here :eek:; told him where to put his torch :mad: ...

But new jobby man just called to say there's a hold up but not to worry as the job still mine :j
