I'll be receiving £108,000 from the sale of a house soon, and I'm going to wait before reinvesting in property, as I beleive the housing market has a long way to fall before it stabilises.
What shall I do with it, to receive an adequate return?
Safety is the most important factor.
Bank?
Managed stock?
Gold?
Under my bed?
