As you lot are the font of all knowledge:p I thought I'd ask you your advice on my post situation!

Recently a few items of mail haven't arrived - things I know were sent as people have asked if I had received them. These do include at least one free sample, a letter and other bits. It's nothing of value but things I would like to receive as, well, they are my letters and things!! - what should I do about Royal Mail?

I have filled in a damaged, delayed or missing claim form - not for the money but for them to find out what's happening!

Any advice here?:confused:
