How to cancel WebUser? IPC (publisher) messing me around.

Does anyone know the correct address for IPC Media Limited, in order to cancel a subscription to WebUser mag?
So far, I've written 4 times, without any luck.
I first wrote to:
Subscriptions Department,
IPC Media Limited,
P.O Box 272, Haywards Heath, RH16 3FS.
but didn't get any response; WebUser continued to arrive.
For the next three letters, I tried the 'Freepost' address given here (https://www.magazinesubscriptionsipc.com/ipc/common/FAQ.htm):
IPC Media Limited,
Freepost SEAC 2590, Worthing West Sussex, BN14 8YT.
but also to no avail. I used a stamp for the last one of these and the letter has been returned by Royal Mail as "Addressee has gone away".
I'm inclined to believe IPC are giving me the run-around and it's beginning to f me off.
Is there any other address I could try?
Thanks.

Have a look at http://www.webuser.co.uk/about/contact.php.
This the contact page from their website,it shows a different address you could try, plus other methods on contacting them.0 -
I have cancelled the Direct Debit.
I simply wish, as IPC indicates is possible, to take advantage of their 'money-back' guarantee - receive a refund for the issues not sent. To do that, they need to stop sending issues, which they seem to refuse to do by not acknowledging my letters.
I'll try the e-mail, although, with another publisher, I was instructed to put the cancellation in writing, so it may not be accepted.0 -

If its the firm i think it is, they are in Boltro Road, H.Heath..
Dont expect too much help straightaway, though.. a query about another sub has been rumbling on for ages (mainly auto responses, then 'waiting more info'..
I guess they wre only following orders, to fob people off?.. anything requiring real thought overloads their system!Long time away from MSE, been dealing real life stuff..
Sometimes seen lurking on the compers forum :-)0
