  • My first concert was Curiosity Killed the Cat, my brother bought me two tickets for my 19th birthday (concert was on my actual birthday), I took my friend with me and was surprised as my brother and his then girlfriend were sitting in the seats next to us - how lovely, I have a really nice big brother.

The day after that I was Godmother to my friend's baby daughter, she's 21 now, don't see her any more (my friend and I fell out in 1998) but I still send her birthday cards.

I confess to seeing NKOTB aged 22 with a friend from work, we both liked Donnie Wahlberg, we were screaming and shouting more than the teenagers!!!

Oh the good old days eh!!! My first crush (aged 13) was on Andrew Ridgeley from Wham, my friend and I both liked him and our other friend liked George Michael, my friend and I would spend our days telling each other our dreams from the night before, we'd start on the way to school, then carry on with the story in the breaks etc. If we didn't have any dreams then we would make stories up - sad eh!! I still have my two Wham scrapbooks that I made up of all the magazine and newspaper stories.

I also saw Bon Jovi twice, they were great.

  • When I went to the concert to see them Danny was ill, but I was happy because Donnie did all his bits of the songs. I used to like watching the New Kids cartoon, did you see those they were so funny!!

Last year Danny was in that programme for Channel 4 I think it was about celebrities that were made into a band, also had the guy from Steps who got booted off and the guy from S Club 7.

  • Oh I had forgotten about the cartoons, that was at the same time as that Christmas album that they did wasn't it??

    Morning everyone.

Awww look at us all reminiscing. I remember the NKOTB cartoon and I watched part of that boy band thing last year. It was a little sad wasn't it. Although I must admit Danny had improved with age although still not the ideal candidate for a boy band lol.
