OF COURSE it matters! There's a difference between helping (and I know some of your posts are helpful, btw) and defending the company you work for. I'm not saying it's wrong that you are defending them, btw, but readers really should know you work for them when you post stuff like that. It's not rocket science, it's common courtesy so that people know you have a vested interest and can make judgements on what you sya based on that knowledge. And I don't care how many times I get abused for this, all I'm doing is trying to get you lot adhereing to the T&Cs laid down by Martin. I'm not going to be hounded off the boards by anyone and regularly being labelled a troll by Sad Singleton and Hugh Jeego (TM) just makes me MORE determined...

For the record, Joyful, if you are, I'm still really annoyed for the billing/admin problems that have been ongoing for over two years!!!!!

There are mods on every Board that decide if posts are breaking the rules, let him complain to them.
