Split Zeros

Anyone else out there caught up in the Split Zero fiasco - the so called 'low risk' investment that ended up with most of us losing everything we invested. I took my case to the Financial Ombudsman Service who awarded in my favour. Surprise surprise the company I invested in went into administration within 24 hours later. I have since then waited three years pursuing my claim through the Financial Services Compensation Sheme who have refused the award made by Financial Ombudsman and are turning down my claim. So I now have to ask myself what is the point of the Financial Ombudsman and just what is the strength of the government claim that the in the event of savers losing their money they are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme? I am thinking there could be others out there like me and I would welcome any input
