Are Atlantic allowed to do this??
Options
I have received a letter today from Atlantic dated October 2008, advising me that as of 25 August 2008 prices will be increasing!! I have so far been unable to get in touch with them, but surely they are not allowed to raise prices retrospectively without warning??

Yes it's standard practice in the industry. They have 65 days to inform you and if you actually read the small print, it informs you that "you have a right to terminate your contract within 10 days of receiving this letter". If you do your final bill is calculated at the old price. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0 -
