Delaying an Outlook email - Can you?

Hi All,
Can anyone tell me if there is a way to set an email to send on a certain day/time.
e.g. I'd like to set one up to day to be sent on Monday and rather than put it in my draft folder (and forget it forever!) I wondered if there was some automate route I could take?
I have had a good look about and tried the help but haven't found anything.
thanks

There are probably a dozen ways of doing this, depending on your computer skills.
If you're using Outlook (as opposed to Outlook Express), the least technical way is to save the email to your Drafts folder and then put a reminder in your Outlook calendar for Monday.
If you're more adept you can write a program, say in VBA, to send the email automatically at the right time.
I'm not sure if there's a setting in Outlook to do this.0 -
There is a way to do this, but you'll find it in the window of your actual email message, not on Outlook itself
After you've typed your email, look at the top of the message window and there should be a button called "options." On my version of Outlook it's directly below the "window" command, and to the left of the message format drop-down
Click the button and select "options." In the section headed "delivery options" there is box that says "do not deliver before" - check the box and select when you want the email to be sent.
Press "close" to close the window, and "send" the email as normal. It should sit in your Outbox until the allocated time...
You'll need to have Outlook running at the time in order for the email to be sent0 -
Was just coming back to say the same, Redrum. Thanks. That's something I've learned as well. :xmassmile0

There is a setting in Outlook which you will find under the \View\Options menu. Here you can select a "Do not deliver before" option.0
