Kaupthing secure messaging

Is anyone else struggling to read secure messages on the Kaupthing site? I sent a request to close my fixed term accounts before they were taken over by ING. Since the takeover whenever I click on the 'View Secure Messages' link I get a bunch of errors:

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a0006'
Overflow: 'Cint'
/listrequests.asp, line 275

However, I can see they replied to my message on Tuesday 14th. When I click on their response to read it I again get errors:

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01a8'
Object required: '[object]'
/Request_Details.asp, line 90

I get the same errors using Firefox from a Ubuntu desktop and IE from an XP laptop so it's not broswer or OS dependent.

I want to avoid phoning them in the midst of all the missing transfers mayhem that's currently ongoing. Anyone know of an alternative way of viewing the messages?

Yeah it's the same for all us unfortunately. I've sent them a secure message reporting the error but considering it took them 7 days to reply to my previous message (which I cannot read!) I don't hold out much hope it will be fixed anytime soon. It seems that ING have messed up the coding whilst updating the website. Providing you can get through, I think the only way of talking to someone anytime soon is to ring KE or ING.

I've just sent them a secure message to tell them that no-one can read secure messages.

Why does this sound like a bad sitcom script?

I've never even worked out how to send secure messages. There's no obvious option for me.
