I would suggest Egg in your case because you want to transfer your overdraft (on which you pay interest) to the 0% for 6 months Egg Card.
Dont think HSBC allow SBTDebt at highest (November 2005) = £35,856
Debt currently (August 2006) = £20,790
&More £1,530, Egg £6,800, HSBC £3,760, Egg Loan £8,700
Interim goal = £23,400 (Target: February 2006, Missed but acheived May 2006)

I'll be going to HSBC today to have a chat with them about a credit card, but i wont be jumping into anything too quickly! I'll get all the advice and then probably come back here and see what u all think! xx
