One national broker who has a separate office specializing in hire and reward is Swinton.co.uk but I suggest you ring them (phone number on website) as you will probably get a cheaper price that way.
Aso try westminster insurance who are a small but long established company who only insure taxis and private hire.They do not have on line quoting so ring them on :-
