Setting outlook express to receive emails from virgin media webmail account

Ive setup OE so i can send emails using my email address from my virgin media address but ive got an erros when i click on sed/receive, the error is
"Unable to logon to the server using Secure Password Authentication. Account: 'pop3.blueyonder.co.uk', Server: 'pop3.blueyonder.co.uk', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '.', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC18"

Outlook Express needs to be told not to use secure authentication. (under Accounts > Mail > Server):

googling the problem you have says that or case sensitive passwords

Browntoa thanks for oyur help, it was due to the password not being entered correctly
