30 days is the limit i think set by law. it just depends. last time i changed it took about 2 weeks or so.guess it depends on how busy the system is0

The Ombudsman sets a limit of 30 days but that does not always happen-remember to fill in the form for the new provider and they will send it off to the old providerMigsyBigsy wrote: »Hello,
