BBC Iplayer probs

Just tried to log onto BBC Iplayer to watch 2nd episode of Sunshine with Steve Coogan. Got a message that it was only available to watch in the UK - but I am in the UK.
Never had this problem before - last watched something about 10 days ago I think and all fine. Anyone got suggestions please?

    The quick answer to this is that your ISP is probably registered overseas. If, for instance, you are with AOL, your IP address may be in a range that is issued to USA users. It's this IP address that the BBC site wil monitor - for copyright reasons.

    However, if all was well some days ago, this is not the reason. Intermitant fault?
