Problems with my new website

Hi
I hope this is the right place to post this as I'm new on this part of the forum!
I've made a website using Mr Site website in a box. Although there are still quite a few things I want to add to it, on the whole the general shape of things is pretty much there, or so I thought!
It all looks fine on my PC, everything in the right place, evenly spaced out etc, but when my sister opened it on her PC, the text on each page starts really far down the page ( and I mean really far, not just a few lines). Also, on my Amazon shop page I have huge text saying "Click here to visit my Amazon store" and it takes you through to the store no probs. On my sister's PC there is no text, therefore no shop.
I am really new to all this and this is my first website ( Made a couple of Squidoo pages, but first proper site), so would appreciate any help or guidance and advice on why one computer would be showing something totally different.
