hi have just noticed that i have also had £8, taken from my credit card by shopperdiscounts, i have traced this back to easyjet, did ask from my money to be returned and also cancelled by membership, which i was fooled into taking beleiving it was £1o off my next flight, girl on the telephone was very rude.

Same thing happened to me only this time it was Bestdirect TV. I have been charged £8 for the last 7 months until I spotted it on my statements. I sent them an e-mail and threatened them with legal action within 14 days if all monies were not refunded. Did you get your £8 back?. I got an e-mail back the next day saying that they would refund 7 payments within 10 days and Cancel my account. I will let you know if they do. If not I will take legal action. I have tried to e-mail best direct tv and guess what? they don't have an e-mail address on the site only a telephone number and i bet that is premium rate. Last time I will buy anything from them.0
