I have a Zen Micro 6GB which says 'device not connected' when
using the Zen Micro Media Explorer software.
Anyone know of a fix for this? I can access all the files via
'my computer' but not using the above software.

My mate has a zen (one of the big ones) and had a simlar connection problem. I finally tracked it down to needing to update windows media player to the latest version.
