Bounty for referring new business to banks

Hi,
I need to set up some bank accounts for both business and also personal accounts and was wondering if there were any banks out there offering "bounties" to existing customers for referring their friends? I know that Alliance and Leicester used to give £50 for every referral

A&L still do, but the £50 is divided between the person recommending & the new account opener.
