I have no problem with not winning anything ... I was happy enough to dream for a bit and that for me was worth it. My patience is running out with the competition not being completed. Of course I don't expect to win, never did but I do expect someone to win and until that time my money, along with thousands of other people's money is being held. Nothing wrong with being miffed about that. Learning how to save money with 5 little ones ... help!!

I have some sympathy with those who are fed up with waiting for their money. Just because it's a gamble doesn't mean that you shouldn't care. You've paid for a (very remote) chance of winning a prize - the draw should go ahead or people should be refunded.
Given the comments from the 'latest update' above, I suspect that they will write to the gambling commission who will just write back to confirm that - in their view - it may be an illegal lottery. They can then either carry on and risk prosecution or refund the money and make a loss on any expenses.0 -
