well went dentist and he did clean job !! did say need filling when booked app.ahhhhh yes need filling unable to cap as not much tooth left ! ahhhhh on holidays now ahhhhhhhhh appointment 21 August !!! why he can't do tooth while i was there i don't know !!ahhhhhhhhh back to soup and soft bread ahhhhhhhhh.

soup .....carrott and coriander....pea and ham...scotch both...chicken ...vegatable
soft rolls....no crust please white bread allergic brown sorry !thanks lame wolf
rice pudding... making lrage amount in slow cooker tomorrow but will need back up please.

mouth is still sore from clean up , them like spikes they put in to clean teeth ,, trying that new tooth paste with oxygen in int...wow ..looks like rabies in mirror ... teeth feel and look cleaner , perhaps try in the shower ! hum brain gone now ! well off to basket for short kip . back later

thats another week done ! I have just noticed that the little s*d from next door has climbed the fence again to get his balls back...I'll give him his balls back if I catch him ! I think it's time for a green tea to calm down...:beer:
