Hi why dont you pop into your local thomas cook and ask them for a price you may find they can match the internet or even beat it as it will be much easier for you if you have any questions, problems etc. Its quite hard to get anything dealt with if you book on the net, at least in the shop you can quickly ask anything you want to know. When you're booking a wedding you may have lots of questions you want answered. Hope this helps.

We have booked with the Thomas Cook shop in the High Street for the last two years for holidays in the Dominican Republic. We went in with the the internet price and they guarantee to beat it. It was only by about £5 or £10 but it is very much more convenient to go into the shop than to deal with everything on line. Incidentally, I have no worries about booking a holiday on line as we had done that for the previous couple of years.

Do you or any of your party have a premier a/c or better with Lloyds TSB? if so ring the travel service as I think its 7% off you get.

you've just reminded me that I booked with thomas Cook by going onto the barclaycard website and booking through them and I think that was 7% off.
  • Also, join a website such as http://www.consumerpulse.co.uk/, they'll give you vouchers for info on stuff you buy. I make about £30 every couple of months and opt for Thomas Cook vouchers, always manage to pay a nice bit off my hols.
Between two evils, I always pick the one I never tried before
