Cahoot online system failure

Is anyone having problems with their CAHOOT (Abbey) online system? Have not been able to access my bank and savings accounts for two whole days! Yesterday I rang and was told they had a "Fileserver problem".
Today I was told they have "a massisve power outage, but hopefully the site will be back later today".
In these troubled times, not being able to access one's cash is disturbing. Also I wrote a large cheque 2 days ago and I need to transfer cash into my current account.
