Abbey Childs account toy

Hi Im a desperately looking to replace a small toy dog which we had free from the abbey national on the opening of a childs account a few years back. I have tried several avenues, the little dog (Patch) belongs to my six year old and was left in Liverpool airport on a trip home. We never found him and I am constantly asked if Patch is ok and is he being looked after!! We have tears every bedtime. Its driving us crazy so if anyone has any idea of the name of the dog or even has one that isn't wanted Id be very grateful for any info. Thanks
