problem with "bespoke, custom designed kitchen"

Hi guys,
got a biggy for you here, I will keep it sweet here and give you more if you want it.
recently purchased a new fitted kitchen from a well known company who promise a "bespoke, custom designed kitchen" long story short I have a kitchen, but with no draws as the wrong parts have been sent twice, and a garden full of cabinets (enough for 3 cabinets) / worktop (over a metre) / shelves / kickboard and trim (more than a metre again) that was left over after my "bespoke, custom designed kitchen" was fitted, the cost of these will have been included in what I paid for the kitchen, and now i will have to pay to get rid of it.
Is that OK? normal practice?
Thanks for your help

The terms and conditions of the agreement you signed will specify whether waste will be left on site or removed. Sounds like the fitters have had difficulty in getting the correct parts - the extra cabinets are likely not to have been included in the price you paid, just ordered/sent by mistake by the supplier. These problems ocucr mostly because of a lack of communication between the suppleirs and their subcontract fitters. By the sound of it the kitchen fitters will have to come back to fit your drawers when they arrive, just ask them to take the waste with them when they go (check whether they have to in your aggrement first):DI am a building surveyor and will provide advice based upon what you tell me. It is just that, advice and not instructions. Based on the fact you're getting it for free expect it to be vague!

You may want to try looking at different cabinet companies in the area before you start.

Here is a list of cabinet companies. Maybe it will help out. Good luck!0
