Just a quick thread to see how many people are unhappy with the service they received from Dell when ordering the W2600 LCD TV

1) Your credit card gets accessed for avaliable funds once order is placed

2) You get order confirmation (Dell say this is legally binding in their T&C's)

3) You get delivery date but it gets changed a further 2 times or more

4) Order gets cancelled and they dont have the decency to phone you up

Hope Watchdog get enough complaints regarding Dell so everyone can see how aweful their customer service is. If they did not have enough stock in the first place to fulfill orders then why keep on changing the delivery dates

This will be my first and last purchase from them if the matter is not sorted out and I would not reccomend them to anyone
