problems with yahoo mail box

Hi, for the past two days I have been unable to open my Yahoo mail box, when I click on it, it comes up as a blank page, I am not very computer literate so any help would be very welcome.

People like you keep saying It's a Virgin problem, but that ain't true!

I and many others I know are not with Virgin and all week we have been experiencing problems getting into Yahoo in the first place, and then accessing our emails.

There is something seriously wrong with Yahoo at the moment, and hundreds of frustrated customers are posting on the internet trying (without success) to get an answer.

    Meanwhile, Yahoo simply says NOTHING!!

Why oh why can't Yahoo put an explanation on their home page? At least we would know that somebody there cares. As it is, it seems that they couldn't give a !!!!!! about their customers.
