I know folks, I dont even get to ride on the back of DH's bike anymore since he got the Harley...
He sold the CBR we had after he had picked up 4 bikers in 4 days at work...and when I say 'picked up' I mean, scrapped them off the tarmac.Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -
On motorbikes....when DS got knocked off it was me who sold my bike ( it was 1100cc and, frankly, scared me) but I still miss it on sunny days.
I live on a bikers route from a Ducati dealership and they are always fishing mid-life-crisis victims out of the hedge. Its not the bike, its the rider and the fact that when it goes wrng it WILL hurt.
Let him watch youtube bike accidents......no, he'll prob love it at 13! I'm no help at all really

Yes He would think someone being flung from a bike at great speed would be hilarous.
Luckily the friend he was with wasnt one of his regular friends and he lives quite a distance away so he wont be going there very often.
My OH always had motorbikes as a young man too:rolleyes:But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0
