compaining to hush puppies??

does anyone know of an email adress for hush puppies? my father in law bought some shoes of theirs a couple of months ago and he had only worn them twice when the soles suddenly crumbled to pieces there now unwearable, the shop wont help as he hasn't got the receipt anymore, i was planning on taking pictures of the shoes and sending them along with an email. but i cant find an email adress for them.
