I think that having to Commute from Doncaster to Chandlers Ford ( Southampton) on a daily basis might be a little excessive..

My point was that prices are coming down ( slowly), i agree that it is not the nicest house in Totton.. Just one that i've been looking at in that area that had the most significant decrease..

I'm sure there will be more.. :beer:

It's a very average D in case EPCs do it for you.

Don't know why you say this? The uk average is E at 46.This prop.is top end of D at 64.

These houses are in Corby .....its a fair drive from northampton and not the best area to live, i think you could buy a 6 bed for 50k if you looked
