Citi 3% cashback until 21 May 2006

Hi,
I used the Citi card for a 12 month 0% about a year ago. Cleared it recently, cut up the card and returned to them to cancel the account.
I got a reply asking for a reason I cancelled - didn't get around to sending it back.
Yesterday I got a flyer yesterday offering 3% cashback on all purchases until 31st May 2006.
Condition apply - ie miss a payment etc - the normal stuff, plus not applicable if account has been notified for closure (which I have done ages ago)
Gonna phone them to see if I qualify. Should be able to check as they say each statement will show cash back accumulated.
It says its been offered to selected customers only. Anyone else got this offer? Any comments?
