That's what I thought, but this freebie was meant to be aimed at parents with children aged 1 to 5.

If it's not suitable for a 2 year old, it's not really of any use to me!

I got mine the other day and my dd loved it. She is 5 btw, we placed the full pack in the bath and all it did was make a lot of noise. It was very good and my dd like to feel it pop under her feet.:j

im guessingit means no to give it to your child to play with incase they eat it but safe to put in a supervised bath
