just received my confirmatory email and the voucher is £5 off a spend of £35 or more (fairly expensive stuff anyway from what i could see) and there was no mention of the free bath stuff0

Know what you mean - I keep getting ones saying they have noticed I have deleted two e-mails without watching the video - I've a feeling (may be wrong) that freebie might not come to me! Will wait and see what happens!0

I opened the email but did not watch the video, and got admonished for failing to watch it! Alison (the woman that writes to you) said she had received two emails telling her that I may not have watched it and that I should as Lily-Mae (the little girl) had put a lot of effort into said video (guilt trip). It is like Big Brother is watching you! I clicked to play it and as it opens in another window, I did not actually have to watch, so hopefully she is happy now!
She did say in the latest 'I know you have not watched' email that the bath crackle would be on its way soon, but not as soon as she would like because of 'overwhelming demand'. Not surprising, as it has been in Martin's newsletter!!!!
