    "connection to mail exchanger failed with timeout"

    suggests they had a problem with their email server - possibly the response was greater than they anticipated or there may have just been a problem with it at the time.

    I doubt it was anything to do with them having received the 100 mails unless they have a size limit on the mailbox, in which case the error message would be different.

    Worth contacting them on another email address to complain anyway ladies. I didn't enter this one as was too late by the time I spotted it.
