AQUA CARD - Application Timescale

I applied for card online about 3 to 4 weeks ago now and even though the system stated that I would receive a response within a few days I think it said, as of now I have received no response at all.
Is this normal or should I read something into it.

I applied to them last week, 3 days later I got a letter in the post confirming application accepted and to send off the letter with my signature on it via the freepost letter back to them, and then they would send the card.
I've done that, and am now just waiting for card.

Why don't you just ring them up and chase it up?

it took them 5 days to decline me i would ring them and ask whats going on. i wouldn't read anything in to it, just ring them up. you may of had a letter sent out but it's got lost in the post.

My sister was given the 10 days quote, and has just got her pin through applied (3-10-08), I applied the day after her, and heard 4 days later I had been accepted and got my pin yesterday.

Give them a call, from what I understand there has been quite alot of applications to go through of late, so you may be in the queue to process, I'm sure you would have heard if it was a decline sooner.

Time to process your application will depend on how busy they are, 3-4 weeks is excessive given the product they offer. Just give them a quick call to chase
