girls night in charity night

Options
Hi All,

I am trekking in vietnam for acorns childrens hospice trust next september and i have made £3000 by june my target. so far ive had about £610 in donations - i have a small craft fair organised for 29 nov which i am hoiping will raise £100, i have car boots to do, ive written to council, waitrose, tesco, local farm shop, golf club and hairdressers about collections or at least placing collecting tins.

However - i had the idea of hiring a hall and organising a girls pamper night sometime in the new year - having beauty treatments, maybe a pole dancing class, pampering and things like avon, virgin vie, pampered chef, partylight etc there

have any of you orgnised anything similar in the past? if so - any advice hints or tips would be most appreciated

thanks
